Top recommendations in my town

There are many things that we can do in my town, some of them can be done at Kapuas River. Precisely around the Kapuas River, there are many canoe rentals that we can get a canoe to row. On Kapuas River, especially in the evening, we can see there are many people rowing canoes. A canoe can be rented for only Rp10.000,00-Rp15.000,00.

From Kapuas River we can also ride Galaherang from Alun Alun Kapuas and watch the sunset. Galaherang is a sort of passenger ship. There are also some types of Galaherang and the price is various. Some of them provides acoustic music peformance on it that we can watch as we enjoy the view of Kapuas Bridge and River. Beside the acoustic music performance, we can also have some snacks or drinks sold on the Galaherang.

The other thing that we can see in Pontianak is Digulis Monument. Around the monument we can see beautiful and colorful water fountains. At night, so many peopel visit Digulis Monument to relax around it precisely at Digulis Park.

Aside from Digulis Monument, Pontianak has another monument called Equator Monument. It is located in Siantan. Pontianak City is called Equator City beacuse Pontianak is a city croseed by the equator line. At equator monument, we can witness culmination event that only occurs twice a year where Pontianak feels warmer that usual. This event can attract tourist to come over Pontianak.

A letter to younger self and 10 years later self

Assalamualaikum, at this moment I’m gonna write about my experience and what I want to achieve for the next 10 years. I am now 18 years old and I have done many things and have had many experiences. That is an important thing and I call it knowledge because without experiences, we would have less knowledge about anything.

In the future, when I am 28 years old, I have many things that I want to reach. Not only when I am 28 years old,  I wish I could achieve those things as soon as possible and even better since now. The first thing I want to attain is having a nice job that bring in much money. By having much money, everything could become easier. After that, the next big thing I want to do is pilgriming my parents to Mecca with me. I also want to have a house and car because if I have had a car I would not be suffered from the heat in my town.

Moreover, I want to travel to and explore various palces like mountains and beaches. And when I am 28, I wish I have met my partner and had my own family though a little family with three children.

The last meal

This time i want to write about the last food i ate. One of my hobbies is eating. If i have a chance, i want to eat my mother’s cooking because she can cook very well. One of her cooking is telur sambal rawit. Taht is one of the most delicious food for me that i love spicy food. Furthermore, I also love nasi kebuli. It’s so delicious, too, because my mother cook it with many seasoning, unlike the usual nasi kebuli that some people sell. The point is, my mother’s cooking is number one

Other than that, i want to eat pempek because it is also one of my favorite food. Pempek has spicy, sweet and a little acid sauce. Especially if hte sauce is condensed, it will taste more delicious. I’ve tried some receipt to make pempek, but i failed. I want to know how to make kapal selam (submarine)-shaped pempek. This kind of pempek has a boiled egg in it and i just dont know how to make it. The point is, my mother’s cooking is number one.

Karaoke is not a strange activity to the people from the youngster, oldster and even kiddy. This time, there are many karaoke places in my town. They offer affordable price and even big discounts. Some of the karaoke places are Nav, Inul Vista, and Afgan.

I generally do this activity with my friends and sometimes with my family. I usually do it in the afternoon and sometimes at night because I could earn more discounts at the karaoke place. For me, karaoke can help me overcoming stress and galau. Karaoke can also refresh my head because of the homeworks.

I mostly sing pop songs that make me fall into it and sometimes I sing dangdut songs too. One of the songs I love is a song by Rossa titled “Jangan Hilangkan Dia”. It’s the lyric “kau yang terbaik yang pernah aku dapatkan” that makes me baper, I fall into this song. Most of Rossa’s songs can represent what i feel. Besides, I also love Glenn Fredly’s songs.

Dangdut song I like is “Geboy Mujair” that’s sung by Ayu Ting Ting. This song can make our body and head dance. Other than that, there are many songs that Is usually sing at karaoke place.

My Favorite Place To Travel

Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb., this time, I’m writing my assignment about my favorite place and the places I want to visit. One of my most favorite places is Rindu Alam which is located in Singkawang. The first time I visited it was when I was having holiday after national exam in 2013. At first, I went to Singkawang was just to visit my aunt’s home. After visiting it, I came to Rindu Alam. If we want to go there, then we have to ride the car provided because we’re going to go up a mount.

                                                

I was a little scared at first, but the fear was slowly gone as I was given a beautiful views around the place. Minutes  later, after I reached the peak, I was so amazed at the scenery in front of my eyes. From that point, we can see some other places.  We can also enjoy pure water of the mount’s spring.

There, we have to take many stairs. But it is not tiring because along the way, there are many good animal statues like turtle and elephant. The weather is cold because it is surrounded by leafy trees.

Places I want to visit are tea gardens and Wakatobi. I’ve seen them on TV. I really want to go to the tea gardens, picking tea leaves and take pictures around there. Wakatobi is also the place I want to visit. I don’t know why I want to go there whereas I am not good at swimming. Maybe it’s because of the beauty of the seabed.

         It's my five job about what applications like. For my application that I like to do one of facebook, pleco, kamusku.the first, but I'm going to explain why I like the facebook.Facebook, which is one of social media, the shoe and not a stranger in the ear . I use this application since I was in junior high school .in Europe we can meet with anyone from the town of any even in all parts of the world. In Europe we can chat with anyone without that other person we know. i have repeatedly making up because I often forget pasword hehehe. For me, i have a friend quite a lot but not all I know hehehe. don't to add my Facebook, Chika Muthia Ayunda I Will confirmation

          The second thing that really I'm going to talk about kamus ku.for me kamus ku is very important. for the meaning of English words I haven't know. in my book not only find a means of the word of English but can also of the indonesian language to English. This apllications facilitates our job, we don't have to bring the dictionary. you can downloads on cell phone.The application of the third is pleco. this apllications specifically for language mandarin. I use This apllications when I was a Senior high school.   with this when I was working on a mandarin.

This movie tells us about two bestfriends. Their names are Nata and Niki. Nata is a smart but ignorant boy. Niki is a pretty, energetic, and cheerful girl that she makes Nata’s life more colorful. They grow up together and enter the same high school.

At school, there are many stories that they make together, through bitter and sweet. Nata shows his talent of singing on stage. It is because of the supports and motivations that Niki has given to him. Unconsciously, at that time, Niki and Nata find their first love. Then, comes a girl named Annalise that becomes closer to Nata later on. Niki becomes jealous because of that, and finally she just realized that she loves Nata. Niki thinks that it is impossible that Nata loves her. But actually, Nata also loves Niki, secretly.

The synopsis of this movie is related to my life story a little. I had a friend, actually a bestfriend, named Raffa. We had been friends since we were in school. Raffa was a kind, handsome, and funny boy. At first, we were just ordinary friends. But in the long run, we became closer and closer. When i had homeworks, he helped me to do it. When i had problems, i always talked to him, i felt better and vice versa. Either since when that feeling grows. I thought that it was impossible because he was my best friend. After that, I started to move away. But finally, Raffa revealed that he hid his feeling because he was afraid to say that he loved me, too.

This is my third assignment telling you about things I can’t leave. What things are those? According to me, things I can’t leave are medicine, money, handphone, make-up, small mirror and the last thing is perfume. Those things are important for me, especially the medicine. If I forget to bring this one, I have no idea what would happen to me.

When I was in junior high school, I used to accidentally forget to bring my medicine during the national exam. My asthma relapsed and made the people around me inconvenience. Fortunately, I had answered all of the questions. I don’t want  that thing happens twice because it used to embarass me.

The second thing is money. For me, money is very important because everything needs money, haha. Handphone is the other important thing. If I leave my phone, I feel like a confused person. I will also be bored. Make-up and small mirror are no less important than medicine and money. Make-up makes me look fresher and confidence. Whilst the small mirror is used to check if the veil i am using looks good. The last important thing is perfume. It is important because i will be more confidence when i’m around people.

So, those six things are the most important things for me. I don’t want to forget to bring those things when I’m going out.

MY FAVORITE SELFIE

Hello, everybody. At first, let me introduce myself. My name is Chika Muthia Ayunda. I am a student of Social Education of FKIP of Tanjungpura University. In this second post of mine, i will be talking about ‘selfie’. Selfie has been a trend and becomes popular. To me, selfie is no longer a strange thing. By taking a selfie, we could feel happier. Anytime we’re taking selfie, we can show many expressions of our face like happy, sad, grim, and many more. When i’m taking selfie, I think my face is getting cuter.

In this globalization era, many smartphone vendors build their devices specially for doing selfie by making the camera resolution bigger. Beside that, they also add a ‘beautify’ effect. Selfie is usually taken when I am hanging out with my frends, family, when i’m in classroom but not having a class, birthday party, and many other moments. I also like to take selfie when i’m visiting beautiful tourist attraction such as beach, mountain, and garden. After taking a selfie, i will upload it to my social media accounts and get many ‘likes’ and comments from my friends. I mostly happy reading what my friends think about my selfies. It makes me want to take selfie over and over again.

WHY I CHOOSE SOCIAL SCIENCE EDUCATION

After I finished my duties as a senior high school student, I decided to continue studying to Tanjungpura University. At first, I actually put Management on the first choice and Social Education on the second on SBMPTN test. The SNMPTN result was announced on 9^th of May 2016 and I was accepted at Social Education. I was very grateful and happy for that. When I met my friends up at my friend’s house, we talked about college life. When we were talking about it, one of my friends made me doubt to choose Social Education by telling me that the program was still C-accredited. By hearing that, I was in doubt and wanted to take SBMPTN test.

I wanted to take the other program, which was Sociology. But, my elder sister did not agree about that. It was because she had been being a student of that program. She did not want me to take Sociology, too. But I kept my choice to take Sociology on SBMPTN test. But, my parents told me not to waste my fortune of being accepted at Social Education. Moreover, there was thousands of people wanted to take SBMPTN test.

If I took SBMPTN test, it meant I had to leave Social Education behind and it made me doubt. I did not want to put any expectation on something uncertain. And finally, I listened to what my parents said to me that I would stay on Social Education. But, I did not feel sorry for being accepted on Social Education because I could meet new friends from different cities.
